Angry Denied Unemployment Because I Am Taking College Classes

My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Wa state.
I was denied unemployment because i am taking college classes. However last year i have been working full time and going to school full time. This year i am doing the same but when i got laid off from work unemployment will not grant me benefits because i amgoing to school. Now if i have done both previously i can do it again ,obvioiusly shows that i am capable of doing both.Is very upsetting. I would like to appeal the case but wanted someone professional to deal with this. What can it be done about that? Is there lawyers out there that handle this kind of cases?

Generally speaking, all you have to do is let unemployment know that you'll drop any classes you need to drop in order to accommodate a work schedule from a new employer, and school enrollment isn't a problem. Did you tell them that you were unwilling to modify your class schedule?
