    Default Eviction of Family Member

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Wisconsin
I live in my dad's house with my dad and my brother. I do not pay rent but pay my share of utilities and food. My dad is very sick in the hospital and my sister has power of attorney. My brother and I do not get along with her for other personal reasons but she has threatened us with eviction whenever we argue. Can she evict us? What is the process that she has to take and what can we do to defend ourselves? Is it better to pay rent instead of the utilities? She says she will put all of our stuff on the streets while we are at work. Can she do that?

Your dad is sick, but is he mentally incompetent or unable to communicate his wishes? If he's competent and can communicate his wishes, he can decide whether or not you can live in his home.
