Default Establishing Paternity when Father is Deceased

My question involves paternity law for the State of: OH/VA. My daughters father passed away when I was 4 months pregnant, therefore, his name isn't on the birth certificate. I cannot find anyone to help me establish paternity besides going to a lawyer that i cannot afford. Any suggestions?

Default Re: Establishing Paternity when Father is Deceased

For what purposes are you attempting to establish paternity?
If you wanted babies all to yourself, you should have created them by yourself. Until you do that, children have the right to BOTH parents, especially since you found them suitable to procreate with.
