Angry Lawsuit Funding
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Pennsylvania. For the last 3 days, I have been trying to find a lawsuit funding company that is willing to give me a cash advance on my case. The trouble I am having so far is, no company handles PA. Can anyone out there tell me why? And secondly, is there a company out there that will?

You might try asking these folks for a recommendation or about their experiences with such companies.

I provide some basic information about lawsuit funding and alternatives here. I suggest using an alternative whenever possible, due to the high cost of lawsuit funding.

There are some states where lawsuit funding companies don't operate, due to their treatment under state law - to work, they have to be treated as investors or venture capitalists, not as a lender, as their fees would be usurious if their advances were categorized as loans.
