    My question involves paternity law for the State of: NC

    i was wondering is there a statute of limitations for paternity in the state of North Carolina

    The SC Supreme Court ruled in 2005 that there is no statute of limitations to establish paternity.

    In North Carolina, paternity must be established by age 21.
