My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Alabama
The branch of the company sold out while I was on Workman's Compensation, when do I file for unemployment?

Kristel--Are you saying you already applied for UI benefits but want to apply again to increase your UI income? No, you can't apply twice (to get double benefits) - that's double dipping & would actually be fraud-- if that is your question.

I note you are not the original poster & it seems you are also advertising a website.
