Default Trying to Fix Things for Aunt Who Helped Get Me a Car
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: texas

ok in 2006 my aunt cosigned a car for me last year i lost my job and was unable to make pymts my brother offered to take over payments but got 4 months behind and just dropped the car off at my house the car got repoed and my aunt is very upset due to her credit being completly screwed now is there any way to get the repo removed off her credit and only applied to mine will bankruptcy help.

nope. that is the risk a person runs when trying to help others.

rule #1. never co-sign for money you are not willing or able to pay out of your pocket if need be.

rule #2. if you cannot afford to abide by rule #1 and your credit rating is of value to you, do not co-sign for anybody.
