Default Expungement and Permission to Re-Enter After Deportation

My question is regarding trying to get my husban's case expunged and to file permission to re-enter - my story is: I met and married a Jamaican who lived in the U.S. for over 20 years and had a green card. He was deported for trafficking - he had several records, Ohio, New Jersey, Texas and Georgia - but was finally convicted and served time in Georgia - now, since he's been out of prison for over 1 year, he is back in Jamaica and I want him to be with me in the U.S. We got married legally in Jamaica and so now I need to know what I can do to bring him back into the U.S. First, can he get his cases expunged and then can we file to re-enter deportation? What are all of the procedures?

I really don't think you are going to be able to get multiple cases of drug trafficking expunged.

Even if you could, how long is your husband's ban? If it was a permanent ban, it is a permanent ban.
