As a general rule, the US government recognizes the validity of marriages solemnized in other countries.
If you're married in the Philippines, you're married here in the US.
Out of curiosity, are you Philippine citizens looking to move to the US, or are you US citizens who got hitched in the Philippines and want to make sure you're legal here at home?
