Default False Statement
My question involves criminal law for the state of: ontario

i understand that this site deals with the US, but i had my fiance charged with assaulting me. he really didnt, but i was really mad at him. i tried to tell his lawyer but apparently thats a conflict of interest. i have to tell the crown attorney, but not sure if they'll believe me. if they do, what sort of consequences am i looking at for making a false statement?

Apparently not, since you asked your question anyway. We don't do Canadian law. It says "US LAW ONLY" back there for a reason.

Try here.
