Roommate Moved Back Home but Stilll Owes

My question involves a roommate in the State of: California
I have a roommate that recently moved out and moved back to Ohio. My 3 problems are:
1. She still owes on past due utility bills.
2. She hasn't paid me back for a loan.
3. We co-own a timeshare in which she stopped paying for.

What are my options to get all the money back??
