Suspended Licenses in State Other Than Homestate

My question involves a driver's license issued by the State of: New Jersey.

I was charged with underage drinking and carrying a false id card in the state of Pennsylvania thus suspending my driving privileges in that state for 180 days. I know that the underage suspension does not carry over into my driving privileges in New Jersey but I was wondering if the false id suspension does. Is there any way to check besides consulting with a New Jersey lawyer, my PA lawyer will not give me a answer pertaining to NJ law.

If NJ is notified through NDR that you are suspended in PA, then they will suspend you there as well. However, initially they will only suspend you because you are suspended in another State. In other words, they don't necessarily know or care why you are suspended in PA just that fact that you are necessitates them to suspend you as well. Then, if PA sends your actual offenses to NJ, which they should, NJ will then decide if there are similar suspensions in their state for the offenses committed.
