Default Can I Sue a Workers Comp. Carrier for Negligence
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: California

Am I able to sue my work. comp. carrier for negligence. They had my back surgeon use the Charite disk for my 2 level replacement. It was not FDA approved for 2 levels and the disk was defective causing permanent damage to my spinal cord. Please lend some help.

You should talk to a medical malpractice lawyer about a potential case against the doctor who performed the surgery.
