    Default Judgement Causing Hardship

    I am conducting legal research for the state of: Illinois. I was just served with a judgement paper. I would like to file a hardship and agreement to pay a certain amount before february 26, 2009

    And the answer will depend on the TYPE of judgement and who it's from (ie a credit card company, the IRS, defaulted student loan, etc.).
