Default End of the Road
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: ny.
i had my hearing for schedule loss of use of my right arm from a rotor cuff repair.they told me i reached the maxium medical level.and loss of use was 72.50 and the judge awarded me 226 weeks of workmens comp payments and full medical coverage for life.does this mean i am done with the whole mess..no more hearings..and if the judge awareded me this is this final i hope?

If you settled your entire claim, leaving open only the issue of future medical care, then the only thing that could take you back to court is if you later need medical care for your work-related injury and the insurer refuses to provide it.
