can I evict my boyfriend even if he is on the lease?

My boyfriend and I have a lease on a house we rented. Since we moved in 7 months ago he has been doing drugs and not paying any bils. I want him out but he keeps saying he is on the lease and that there is nothing I can do. Is this true even if he does not pay any of the bills rent included and has turned in o a drug addict? I can not find any information on this for Kansas.

Your boyfriend isn't your tenant, and thus you have no right to evict him. That's the landlord's prerogative.
