Social Security Numbers

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: New York

My wife and I are in the middle of an acrimonious divorce. I need my children's social security numbers for some paperwork, however she refuses to give them to me. How can I obtain these numbers? Is there anywhere online I can apply for them? I'm sure the courts could compel her to give them to me, but our next court date is not for another month.

I had lost my kids SS cards a while back and needed the numbers quickly for paper work I had to fill out. I called SS who mailed me the forms, I filled them out and got new cards 2 days after I found the origionals. CAll SS and see what they say. They may just give you a copy of the cards.
