    Default How to Obtain Older NYC Arrest Records

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: NY

    Hello,

    What is the procedure to obtain police arrest records from NYC for a charge slightly over 10 years old?

    You mean, from the station that processed the arrest? Have you checked to see if the station has a FOIA officer?
