Default Ex-Wife Threatening to Allow Repo
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: West Virginia

My boyfriend and his ex-wife have went through a divorce in which it was stated that my boyfriend has "legal custody and ownership" of his car. He has since re-financed into his name only. She, however, is trying to be a &#*# and right now has a restraining order against her. She has even went as far as try to take his children away from him. Anyway, she now is threatening to stop paying on her van (which was left to her in the divorce) so it will get repo'd thus the possibility of them coming after my boyfriend for it.

Is there anything he can do about this??

Default Re: Ex-Wife Threatening Repo
How exactly is the van titled?

What exactly does the divorce judgment say about the van, possession, payments, and refinancing of auto loans?

If your boyfriend is still on the loan, has he contacted the lender to try to make sure that they can reach him about the loan before they put negative information on his credit report or repossess?
