Laws Concerning Towing Company

My question involves towing laws for the State of: louisiana

my car got towed cause of no insurance. i have tried to contact the company and tell them i would be able to pay every 2 weeks on the vehicle so that i might get it out. they said that the state does not allow them to do that. who can i contact to see if that is the truth? i want and need my vehicle back and i already got insurance back on it.

You tried to contact what company, to tell them you would be able to pay what?

Are you asking if the impound lot has to put you on a payment plan and give you the car, if you're unable to pay in full?
