Having Surgery After the 24 Months of Weekly Benefits
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: ca
ive been going to the doctor for 22 months and i have been paid for everything. Finally the doctor wants to do a cirgury on me next month on my back and the recovery is going to be for 4 to 5 months before going back to work on my job construction. My question is that if my weekly payment is going to continue or what is going to happen after the 24 months or two years Also what happens if i decline the cirgury; the doctor said is the only way to get better; i already had 3 injections on tha back.
Re: Having Surgery After the 24 Months of Weekly Benefits
If you max out your TD benefits, you've maxed them out. If you continue to be disabled from working, you can see if you're eligible for some other form of disability benefit.
