    Default Third Party Assignment

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of:Louisiana

I read either a CCP or Rs that allowed for a third party to assigned a judgment for valuable consideration. Now I can not find it for the life of me.

Judge is questioning my intent to assign a judgment for collection but not thru a collection agency.
    Help?

You are the holder of a judgment? From what type of case? You want to assign the judgment to a third party? Why is the judge objecting?
