    Question Changing Fathers Name

My question involves paternity law for the State of:
9 years ago i was with was sleeping with two people, which i know is silly now. But i got pregnant. i told both of the lads. one went running one stood by me. When my son was born we didn't question putting his name on his birth certificate.

But now looking at my son at 9years old he is a mini of the other lad.
And to make matters worst the other lad has contacted me and want to see his son and dna

I would love it to be sorted but feel very lost.

    "Lad"?

You sound awfully British for a US forum. What state are you in? Paternity establishment laws vary by state.
