    Default Ohio Statute of Limitations

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

If one is released on an O.R. bond after a preliminary hearing for a level 3 C.C.W., picked up a few years later in another state, at which point the "hold" is "dropped" and he is released in that state, is the statute running?

Default Re: Ohio Statute of Limitations

The statute of limitations isn't running. Charges have already been filed. Choosing to be a fugitive doesn't make a criminal charge go away.
