An SR-22 may be required as part of the reinstatement process. It erally doesn't matter if you own a vehicle or not in most States. They are covering themselves in case you choose to drive someone elses uninsured motor vehicle and commit the same type of offense.

So I went to a AAA and paid them and got my license right away. All i have to do now is take the card to the DMV to get my real photo plastic license. But I can drive in the meantime as I have been (my gfs car)

Would her car insurance cover me?
I assume it covers any person driving that vehicle as long as they are licensed

Yes, i did send it in, got tired of waiting

i paid 25 for them to do it electronically, another 25 to renew it and got my temporary 60 day license. And paid more for the license. I had already paid $50 to penndot for the fee long ago..

I got a letter printed out saying my driving prvligeds has been restored and i will recive an offical letter within 10 days

i dont have insurance. I have been driving my gfs car and her insurance like all auto insurance covers the person driving the car as long as they are not listed by the policy owner as not covered or the car was stolen.
