    Default Child Support Fraud

I believe my ex wife has fraudulently sent papers to my new employer stating that the amount of my deduction for CS is increased. I get paid bi-weekly and for the past two pay periods, my employer took more out than was originally court ordered. I called the DOR in MA and the woman at the CSE office that I talked to was the same woman that supposedly signed the paper that was sent to my employer. (The papers were sent by fax and the papers WERE sent from somewhere in Boston) She told me that she didnt have any idea what was going on, that she did not send those papers. That only leaves one other person that could have sent them..my ex wife. What can be done about this? She has already alienated one of my three children from me to the point that the relationship is beyond repair. I really believe that she is capable of pulling something off like this. Its fraud and she shouldnt be allowed to get away with it..

    Default Child Support Increase

Get copies of the faxes. The fax will probably indicate the sender's phone number. From that, you can figure out where the fax was sent from, and thus may be able to determine who sent the fax.

I have a copy of the fax that was sent and it was sent from somewhere in Boston. My ex lives up there still so it would be no problem for her to just waltz into the court there and have them fax something for her. Which I think is what she has done..she is sneaky like that. The woman at the CSE has already told me that SHE didnt send the papers to my employer, so it had to have been my ex. I just want to know how I can PROVE that she did it and what can be done about it. I guess just like everything else..she will get away with this too.

    Default Phone number

The fax should have the sender's phone number. Identify who the number belongs to.

I have the phone number. Its not so easy finding out who a fax number belongs to. My ex could have went to the court house and had it faxed from there so no one could trace it back to her. She is very sneaky like that. I guess, just like everything else, she will get away with this too. Its sad..

Default Place to find fax numbers...

You can go to www.anywho.com/rl.html, enter the telephone number and it should give you the name of the person or agency that the fax number/telephone number belongs to.
