Default Voluntary Repo - Can Lien Be Placed on Home
My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Texas
My question concerns whether a lien can be placed on my home if send back my vehicle and the home is in my spouses name.

If the car loan was under your name alone and the home is NOT under your name, then no, even if they take a judgment against you it will not be a recorded judgment agains your spouses home.
