How to Find Sex Offender Records

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio

well my younger cousin is 15 with an 18 or 19 yr. old boyfriend and she doesnt know that he is a sexoffender but the rest of the family does but we dont want to tell her without proof and i dont know were to find the recordrs of that. every website i visit tries to charge me a fee so i dont know what to do. can someone please help me.

Ohio's Electronic Sex Offender Registry and Notification system is here.

You'll have to register to use it with your real name and address, but the information is not shared. It is used solely by the attorney general's office to prevent abuse of the registry.
