My question involves criminal law for the state of: michigan


alright so i got an MIP about 4 hours ago in rochester hills, michigan... of course a lot ofpeople know from being from michigan, rochester is pretty tough on anything legal... i was in a friends car with her driving and i was arrested because i didnt remember about the whole resisting the PBT... so if theres any advice whether to minimize charges or completely get out of it, let me know, please... i'm gonna die haha
