Default Job Replacement
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: South Carolina. If i am on WC can my job be replaced by another person?

in the state of massachusetts they only have to hold your position for i think 30 or 60 days then they can replace but when injured worker is released back to work the employer must give the iw first consideration of any new job openings. so maybe the same in sc
