    Exclamation Taken to Grand Jury

My question involves child support in the State of: KY.

So, today my boyfriend (whom was locked up last Thursday over a warrant for non-support) went to court and they sent it to Grand Jury. Npw, what do they do in Grand Jury over this type of stuff? Will they give him any time?

He was on parole. He was supposed to sign his papers the 12th of Feb and his parole officer said they weren't going to revoke him over the charges.

Could someone explain this to me and what might happen when he goes to Grand Jury and what needs to be done to get him out?

    PLEASE, NO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.THANKS.

A GJ is used to Indict felonies, for the most part, so he is obviously charged with one.

It is a wait/see now how they come back, Indict or not.
