Can i choose who i want to live with

I am 16. i live in oklahoma. my dad hasn't really been there partly cause mom tells him to get out of my life everytime he tries to come back in. he used to be real bad on drugs and he still drinks. i have had a pretty rough life between these two. my mom used to be real bad on drugs..she quit drinking, but there has always been this tension between me and her and it drives me insane...<really literally insane> i have so much pushed on to me that i feel like i could kill lher sometimes. i have enough respect ot not hit her when she slaps me across the face or threatens to punch me....i told her that if she ever punched me that i would walk out and nevejr come back home....can i go live with my dad or can she stop me. i know that if i walked out of the house she would have me locked up..i am considered a <uncontrollable juvinile> by some. Please help if u can..thank you

If you are living with your mother pursuant to a custody order, your parents would normally have to modify the order (by consent or by court action) to change your custody to the other parent.
