Default TTD Payments Affected by 401 Distribution
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: indiana can recieving some or all of youre of 401k affect the ttd payments or any other worker comp benefits you may be getting.

You mean cashing it out or taking a loan? Neither should count as "income".

i mean as in cashing it out . didnt know if that was something that had to be reported and if so would it count against any benefits im recieving.
