    Default Injury at Work

You are going to need some medical evidence or opinion in support of your injury, in order to be able to counter the worker's compensation doctor. You can try to challenge the worker's compensation decision on the basis of that evidence directly with the insurance carrier, or you can seek assistance from a lawyer. If you are still denied, or cannot find a doctor who will support your status as disabled, you should consider enlisting the assistance of a worker's compensation lawyer.
