Default Sex Offense - Older Woman, Younger Boy

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ga what would happen to a young lady between 21 and 22 years of age who became pregnant by a 15 year old teen boy, and now the boy wants visitation to the child but she does not permit him to see the child, he is seeking visitation, what is likely to happen to the mother of the child, will the young man get visitations, will any thing happen to the young girl, and will the parents of the young man be held accountable for this in any way, will he get to see his child can the mother serve jail time because of her age and his age?

If he seeks visitation, he can establish paternity, which would lead to a custody or visitation order and, by definition, out her as a pedophile and criminal charges could soon follow. The parents of the young man aren't accountable...their son was the victim of an adult, THAT is who is going to be held accountable. Yep, the mother can face jail time ... AND sex offender registration ...AND risk losing her child altogether. The court could even assign custody to the boy's family (about equal chance of that, or her parents, or foster care). There are consequences for schtooping minors, and they're NOT pretty ones.

Thank you so much for your input, I am sad to think that her parents could get custody of the child, because her parents are the ones who want let him see the child, she does what they tell her, her mother has even sent text to him using offensive language telling him he will not see the child it is not his, you have been a big help, Thank you

first, the boy/father has to establish paternity.

He will then file for custody. She will file for child support. Yes, even for a 15 year old boy... if he is old enough to make a baby, he is old enough to support one.

However, this may be moot as he may end up being the primary caregiver when she gets to go to the gray bar Hilton.

Let me ask the REALLY tough question... is he ready to be a single dad at 15? Or is this all a big to see the girl that he had sex with again in the hopes of starting a relationship?

No chance of a relationship she has moved on and has recently married, as for the single dad the young man has alot of help, his family really hurts to be a part of the childs life and they are not premitted to do so, so they are hoping for at least visitition rights, Thanks for your help

"they", whomever they are, will probably not have visitation rights of their own.

If the new dad decides to allow them to see the child during HIS visitation, then they may.

Does her new husband know about her penchant for pedophilia?

    Okay, you are right.

Let me talk to Mr. Man like the adult he thinks he is.

If you sleep with a woman....ANY WOMAN... you are linking yourself to that person for the next 18 years.

If he wants to be the father, no one is going to GIVE it to him... he has to get it....
We have just learned that when the girl became pregnant the young mans family let her move in with them and then after the birth of the child she was upset about something left and they have not been able to see the child. Before all of this his family filed charges with the local police dept and they(police dept) ended up dropping the charges now her family is threaten his family, stating if they file anymore charges against this situation then his family will go to jail because they let her live with them. My question is if you ask for help and did not receive it (police dept)would you not let your grandchild and the baby's mother live with you? Are they in any way accountable for this she lived with them maybe 2 months.

Mom's family needs to keep their pie holes shut - criminal charges are not up to them, no matter how much they want to throw a fit about not getting their way. His family isn't going to jail. Period. End of discussion. If police or the DA were going to move forward with this case, they would have done so, regardless of whether anyone wanted charges dropped or not. Personally, no I wouldn't have let the child molester live in my house with my minor child. But that's legally IRRELEVENT.
