Default Criminal Record With Adjudication witheld

Like a previous post on this issue I am writting about my record after probation served with adjudication withheld. You had explained that this means that a person is not necessarly guilty of the crime, and therefor it isn't a conviction, so it is safe to check NO on an employment application when asked that question.[b]My concern is about my criminal record. I have checked it myself as you suggested and it is showing me be arrested for the crime, and although it shows the adjudication was witheld, I'm still listed as a felon. Is there anything I can do about this? [/b

    Default Florida Arrest

An arrest and a conviction are two different things. (I hope that doesn't sound snarky - I know that you understand them to be different.)

Is this a Florida arrest record?
