485 Denial and Deportation Period

IF ur 485 interview denied and u placed in removal proceedings..., how long does it take till to get court date AND IF i miss the court date, what's gonna happen....? ( i know they r gonna throw u back whereever u came from...but how they do that?) Please anybody can explain me the process and how it the whole thing goes..? thanks alot

It can take months to get a court date, and if you miss the court date, you risk a ban on top of deportation.

Don't miss your court date, and talk to an immigration attorney.

if i got court date....that will my 2 nd court date!! like isaid 1st one terminated...do u think they will terminate 2 nd time, even i have marrige and family here!!??? thnx alot.
