Mistreatment by a Hospital

My mom fell on our property and broke her arm she is out of work

the mortgage company is threatening to foreclose she has missed two 1 month coming on the second
She gets her w2 but they won't listen to her and are still going to foreclose if she doesn't pay it all.

She went to the hospital on the 24th of last month
The hospital brought her in wet clothees because she fell in the snow.
They asked her if she was wet but they didn't do anything for it.

they never called and she We had to go to the emergency room because she was in pain and we got there and had to wait.
The nurse said that they do not call back patients in the er
can we complain she waited hours for them to call
and we had to go to the er
She broke her arm and gave her an xray and told her she ahd a broken arm and nothing else we went to go see another doctor and he said their was a lot more damage

can the insurance company pay for anything during personal injury

If she has disability insurance, she needs to file a claim with them asap.

Your post is confusing, but I'll give it a shot.

She waited in the ER because there may have been other, more emergent (aka: life threatening) cases coming in. Her clothes were, understandibly, wet because she just fell in the snow. They must have given her a hospital gown for the x-ray.

ERs usually, DO NOT call back patients. They treat people on an emergent, episodic basis. Once you've been diagnosed and or patched up, you are released.

Your Mother was referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon for evaluation and treatment of her fractured arm. He/she would be the one to assess the amount of damage and if there is a need for surgery.

I do not see where she was mistreated.
