    Default Arrest Procedure

My question involves criminal law for the state of: nevada

an officer called and left a message calling himself by his first name and and told her to call him back without saying what his last name is. and when he came to arrest her they were all in unmarked cars and there wwere no female officers were preasent and he put her in the front seat of his car. is this unethical or sexual harrasment?

What part do you think is unethical or sexual harassment?

were you with her when they said "you are under arrest"?
she may have not been arrested and was just getting a ride to the station to do a more intensive interview. where perhaps a female officer was waiting?

There is no requirement in Florida law that females be arrested or have their arrest witnessed or accompanied by a female officer. There's also no requirement that she be transported in a "cage car" in the back seat. All very common, yes, but in no way required.
