Possible Prior Marriage

My husband since the 3rd of Nov 2007 has turned around and said to me that he has been married before and now he is saying that he hasn't!!! I don't know what to believe anymore as he has told me loads of lies since we have been together... I won't to know if we are legally married... I didn't know when we got married that he has or hasn't so I told our registrar that we both were single... Please how do I go and find out that we are or aren't legally married, I need your help badly... Is there a web site I can go onto and find out? if so that would be really great... I am now carrying his child and I can't help myself getting worked up about this... Please i need your help... Thank you Charlene, nebury berkshire

This is a US based site, I have no idea how to track a marriage in England. Sorry, maybe hire a Private Investigator.

Usually I point UK querants to a UK law site, but as it happens, I know where you can search UK marriage records online.

It will cost you 5 quid for 3 months of access, but that should be more than sufficient time to find your answer.
