I WORKED PART TIME FOR A BUSINESS IN ROCHESTER NY. I DISPATCHED AND DID OFFICE WORK. The business closed down this year and the owner owed back sales taxes. I received a notice of determination today that I could be responsible for his back sales taxes. I could sign checks but was not any kind of officer in the business. The owner signed all tax returns and an accounting firm did all corporate returns.

Any suggestions?
