Default Reimburse WC Carrier from Pain and Suffering Settlement
If I receive a pain and suffering settlement from the third party that caused my injury, will I then be required to reimburse the WC carrier for medical costs and disability benefits?

Possibly. It depends upon the nature of the settlement and the laws of your undisclosed state.
