Default Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in California
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Calif I just received a message from my claims adjuster and she said we need to close my settlement stipulation .What does this mean?

It means a settlement of a case where the parties agree on the terms of an award. This is the document the judge signs to make the award final.

Stipulations with request for award is a settlement in which the parties agree on the terms of an award. Payment takes place over time.
