Default Who Pays Benefit Premiums
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: Oregon
I wasw injured at work. Who pays my health benefit premiums while I'm on light duty and only getting partial hours of work due to lack of light duty availability? Also, while out on workman's comp for surgery who pays the benefits? Does that come out of my pay?
Thanks for your help!

Default Re: Who Pays Benefit Premiums
Your health insurance premiums are paid in accord with your employer's policies. Worker's comp pays for your injury-related care, but it doesn't pick up your insurance premiums.
