I was involved in a slip and fall at work, and hurt my back, I went to the company Dr., she sent me for x-rays, MRI and to therapy, I still have contiuous pain, The Dr. hasn't givien me anything for pain in the last month.
Friday i went for a medical evaluation, and today i went back for the resaults,The dr. released me to full duty with no restrictions,I can barely walk, I cant squat or bend. What can i do ?

You can try getting an opinion from your own doctor, to see if your doctor agrees or disagrees with the evaluation. You can consult a worker's compensation lawyer.
