Default What Remedies Are Available in Worker's Comp Case
My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: OHIO

I have a Worker's Comp claim where I injured my knee on the job. I just had surgery on the knee and will miss two weeks of work and then work reduced hours for another two weeks. What type of things are commonly requested in a Worker's Compensation Settlement agreement from the employee's standpoint?

What can i ask for?

I'm trying to get an idea so that I can approach my employer with a settlement offer through my attorney.

Please don't answer that I should consult with my attorney. I'd like to get some information prior to doing so.

Did you have a full recovery? If not, what's the nature and rating of your remaining disability?
