My boyfriend went to jail in Sept 04 on a child suupport issue, and another charge of fishing illegally, but they have it on tape where all he was doing was sitting in a boat holding 2 dogs and the others were fishing. He was bonded out on both charges. His bondsman told him to turn him self in because the child support issue had a warrant for failure to appear because they never got a court date. So he went this past Tuesday and turned him self in. Then 2 days later the other county on the fishing said to hold him for them. He had a 2500 dollar bond for the failure to appear and a 3500 dollar bond for the fishing charge. I was 15 minutes away from getting him out yesterday and the County on the fishing placed a no Bond on him after telling the bondsman yes they could get him out. Then the county he is in now did the same thing? Can they really do this?? After having a bond for almost a week and when the bond is being wrote change their mind? And the other guys on the fishing charge all they got was probation, and my boyfriend is sitting in jail for holdng their dogs. Any answers or suggestions would really be helpful. I am in Texas
