Pennsylvania Towing Laws

My question involves towing laws for the State of: PA
I work for a towing company in northeast PA, We towing for 7 different police departments ,I have a company Jeep,We went and put on a lightbar and strobes on it,I asked the police if I could use the lightbar and strobes going to the garage to get the tow truck, all the police said is that I must obey all traffic laws and I could use it,I looked in the traffic codes book for pa under title 75 and could not find anything can anyone help me. Does anyone know if this is true remember the lightbar is amber. also if there is a chapter I would like to know it so I can read up on it.

In addition to any statutes, you've read these code provisions? You also need to check any local ordinances where you might operate the vehicle.
