My question involves workers compensation law for the state of: pennsylvania how long does a person have to wait for the temp pay to start rolling in. my husband was injured in dec.2008 he stopped working on dec.14,2008 ,his medical and meds have been covered but our bills keep rolling in and i was wondering how long we have to go without some sort of pay?

Default Re: Temporary Workmans Comp Pay
His claim has been submitted, his restriction from work has been documented to the insurance company, and nobody is disputing the restriction? Then I would say "really soon", but his best bet is to ask the insurance adjuster.
