Default Statutes of Limitations on a Lawsuit By Your Ex
can a ex sue for money they say you have not paid in 14years?when we got a divorce he got the house and he was to pay me money every month,until what he owed me was paid,i say he still owes me and he says he paid me,can i take him to court?

Default Judgment Debt
That depends upon whether the claim has expired under your state's statute of limitations. Usually the statute would start to run from the date of the last payment made under the order, or from the last date a payment was due.
